  • I have repeatedly clicked the "Play video clip »" and nothing's happening.

    • A smaller "pop-up" window should appear whenever you click the "Play video clip »" (Fig. 1) with the video screen and a short description. If it doesn't appear, first check if you have a pop-up blocker running. If you do, disable it.

      The image below shows the whole page, the link, the smaller pop-up window containing the video and the taskbar showing the main page and the smaller window (indicated by arrows). The taskbar will also show the rest of your opened applications, if you have any.

    • If you have disabled the pop-up blocker or you don't use a pop-up blocker at all and you still don't see the video window, it may already be open but is hiding behind the main page's browser.

      Remember, all videos open in a single window, but the window may not always be on top. Always check your taskbar. In Fig. 2 below, the smaller window is indicated by an arrow, click it to bring it on top.
